Nippon VT-620 is a Low Modulus (LM) MS Polymer sealant based on advanced Silyl Modified Polymer technology. It is the ultimate choice for sealing expansion joints in concrete flooring and pre-cast wall panels. Unlike silicone, VT-620 is non-staining (safe for natural stone) and fully paintable. Its low modulus formulation means it can stretch significantly (±50%) without pulling away from the concrete, ensuring a long-term watertight seal even in dynamic structures.
